Jan is a Broker Associate and has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations.
Jan has been in sales and marketing for over thirty years. She has consistently been in the Top Ten Realtors in Oklahoma.
Jan has been married to Michael for 37 years. Jan and Michael have been blessed with four children and three grandchildren.
Jan is active in her church and Holland Hall School fundraising. She supports March of Dimes, and has been a member of the Southeast Rotary for over 20 years.

Michael is an Attorney licensed to practice in Oklahoma. Michael also holds a Master's Degree in both Finance and Accounting. He also has his CRS designation.
Michael spent 16 years in corporate lending, and then was President of a computer software and services company.
Michael grew up in the real estate business. His father founded a leading firm, Briggs Freeman Real Estate Brokerage, in Dallas, Texas over 40 years ago.
Michael and Jan have been married for 37 years and have four children and three grandchildren. Michael is a member of The Oklahoma Bar Association, The Tulsa County Bar Association, and Sunrise Rotary. Michael supports the American Diabetes Association and is Chairman of Computers for Kids.

Ryan Briggs graduated from The University of Oklahoma, where he studied Economics in preparation for his career in Tulsa Real Estate.
Ryan is the fourth generation in the Briggs family of Real Estate professionals. Ryan remains to be successful in Real Estate since beginning his career in 2002. Ryan is married to Elizabeth and they have a son, Michael Ryan. He enjoys golf and playing with his chocolate labs, Kailey and Abby. Ryan graduated from ad supports Holland Hall and is a member of The Rotary Club of Tulsa.

Heidi Spradlin-Mulligan, Buyer Partner

Heidi Spradlin-Milligan is a native Tulsan and a graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Communication. She brings over 15 years of sales experience to The Briggs Team. She and her husband Alan, share in the thrill of raising their daughter Ashton. Heidi serves on the Miss Teen Oklahoma Scholarship Pageant board and is an active volunteer at a local children's shelter and Monte Cassino School. Heidi enjoys traveling with her family and supporting Ashton in her many activities.
Mitzi Thomas, Buyer Partner
 Mitzi Thomas is a graduate of The University of North Texas with a BBA degree in Marketing. She is married to Styron with two amazing boys, Trevor and Morgan. In her spare time, Mitzi likes to hand hook rugs and teach others to do it. She is very involved at Redeemer Covenant Church as well as serving on the PTAG board of Jenks East Intermediate School. Mitzi is a supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Association and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

 Kelly Ford serves as our full-time Buyer Partner. The inspiring voice of Kelly Ford has graced the ears and souls of America's leaders in churces, concert halls, ballrooms, and Disney World. As a professional vocalist, Kelly has entertained for corporate meetings, dignitaries, and celebrities all over the world. Kelly's experiences, community involvement, and attention to detail make his a superior Buyer Partner. Kelly is married to Vicki Ford, a Tulsa native and together they have two sons, Dewey and Dillon.

Home Inspections >If It Is Broken Fix It
Most houses have a few "little" problems, like leaking faucets, a stove burner that won't light, or electrical outlets with too much "spark". These defects may not seem very important--unless your house is about to go on the market.
We rarely have difficulty getting sellers to agree to paint, replace worn carpets or plant a few flowers in the front yard. These kinds of repairs obviously increase the overall appeal of the property. However, if any of the major systems in your home need maintenance, it is also prudent to have the necessary repairs made. Have your furnace, central air-conditioning system, plumbing and wiring checked as part of your pre-marketing efforts. The best rule is--if it's broken, fix it!
The purchase agreement requires that a house be conveyed with all the systems in working order, and most buyers will bring in a home inspector to identify any potential problems. During the period of time between the "meeting of the minds" and the removal of the inspection contingencies, the buyers are the most vulnerable to an attack of buyer's remorse. This is also the time when anything that hasn't been repaired could become a major issue.
